Is this an example of what is wrong with Canadian soccer (power struggles)?

Seems absurd because I don’t follow this stuff that closely.

Matt, the ASA war is an unmitigated disaster. Shame on both camps (and the CSA for not stepping in and nipping this in the bud). It is becoming increasingly clear that neither of the two warring groups is acting in the best interest of either the game or the amateurs (mostly children) who play.

I don’t think the present ASA battleground issues are particularly similar to the overall CSA issues that have been discussed, but this type of thing in general (lack of leadership, infighting and ‘territorial’ issues) is a big part of what’s wrong, yes.
